“On time delivery and looked as expected. Couple of possible areas for improvement: Packaging - all good and safe but those larger copper staples are not great. They are hard to remove and can potential damage frames when removing from packaging. Instructions - perhaps provide instructions for how best to take frame apart and mount pictures”

“The quality of the frame was brilliant. Solid wood as advertised, correct size. Delivery was fast, but packaging was damaged. Packaging was also really weird, fastened with large metal staples, making it really hard to unpack. Fixings to attach it to the wall came with no instructions. Some instructions were included in an email. but what was really needed is pictures.”

“GENERALLY OK HOWEVER ONE CORNER ON EACH FRAME SLIGHTLY RAISED, BUT ACCEPTABLE. I SAID NO MOUNT BECAUSE MY PICTURE WAS ALREADY MOUNTED. YOUR FIXINGS WERE POSITIONED AS NO MOUNT SO I HAD TO REMOVE THEM AND PUT IN MY OWN. I WOULD BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.”

“Frames arrived quickly and were well packaged. There was no initial email confirmation (email arrived once delivery date was set, though this was after we called to enquire!) Overall quality is high. Will happily use again. I especially liked the ability to preview the art/frames during the design process. Happy to provide finished frame photos!”

“The picture frame itself is lovely and just what I expected. The time from order to delivery was also very quick. Two points - there was no confirmation email when I first ordered my frame which meant I had to email you to check you had received my order. Secondly, the frame had no name on the package, just an address so it was opened. Luckily my surname was on the back of the frame and the person opening the parcel (none too gently - he had no idea it contained a picture frame) recognized the name.”

“Happy overall with my order. I ordered 4 frames altogether and I am happy with the quality of the wood and they are great value for money for custom built frames. I am a little disappointed with one of the larger frames I ordered as 2 of the corner seams are not flush but have gaps and it does spoil the overall quality appearance.”

“My frame arrived promptly and I was really pleased with it. On closer inspection I saw a little flaw in the frame but photographed it and sent it to customer services who came back promptly to say a replacement would be shipped out. Great customer service, wish all companies were like this!”

“Very Good Quality Frame. I always judge a frame's quality by whether the miters join properly with no gaps, from the front and the side - and in terms of the front I give ten out of ten, and the side 9 and a half out of ten - A thousand times better than an Ikea frame in this respect and of course you can have any size of fame made. Very Good!!”

“I have used Picture Frame Studios on two occasions. Their products are well made and available in custom sizes. Despatch time is around 7 working days as frames are made up to order. Frames arrived within pre advised one hour time slot and were very well packaged.”

“Delivery was a little longer than anticipated. One of the sides on the back had a rough splintery patch where the wood had not been planed deep enough, (It can't be seen when hung on the wall). Otherwise, overall quality of the frame is good and enhances my photograph. I will be ordering more frames from this company in the future”
