“The website was really easy to use, much simpler for an amateur picture framer than some others I tried. The pricing was also transparent, unlike others. The finished frames arrived safely and were decent quality. The only negative was that I ordered two frames and one was supplied without the mounting kit but that was quickly resolved by email. All in all, I'm really pleased with the results. Update: Despite 2 emails to this company, only one of which was acknowledged, they have still not supplied the missing mounting kit. My opinion has changed. I now how two beautifully framed pictures sitting on the floor as I can't finish hanging them. Thanks.”

“Beautiful frame - better than expected, thank you. Fast delivery in good, sturdy packaging. Excellent value for money, particularly with the timed delivery. The plastic sheet that covers the picture area was very scuffed and scratched so next time I would order different glazing not just the default one that comes with the frame. (I assume this is possible, I haven't checked the options.) Will definitely be using this service again :-)”
