“Beautiful oak frames that complement my watercolour paintings. I chose the non-reflective acrylic to protect the paintings and to show off their delicate colours well. The workmanship is of a high standard. I had a couple of queries and they were answering promptly and fully. Delivery was well-organised and email contact ensured that I knew the day and time-slot in good time. I would use Picture Frame Studio again and recommend it to others.”

“The frame looks great and was a good price.. but the picture hanging hook pack that the website said was included is not in the box!! The courier delivery was terrible! I requested to reschedule the delivery through the online system and it said that the details had been changed. But the courier still attempted to deliver on the original date and then 2 days later left it with a neighbour, grumbling that it had been in his van for 3 days (which you could tell from the state of the box, torn and battered and soaking wet!) Luckily the packaging has protected the frame but not impressed! And I have no hanging fittings - would ask that some be sent but I dead to think how wrong that delivery could go!”

“I couldn't find the size of frame I needed - on Amazon, EBAY etc there was no to be seen. I then found this website and realised that getting one custom made would be the best option, the only problem being the cost. I was pleasantly surprised when the order came to less than £15 inc. delivery! The frame arrived in under 7 days and it was easy to fit my art into - instructions were emailed a few days prior to arrival. It feels like good quality and I wouldn't ask for more. There few loads of different options to choose from Overall, I am very happy with this service, which provides good quality frames at a good price. I will definitely use Picture Frame Studio again!”

“Arrived promptly, packaged well. Frame & mount perfect. Fixings packet was missing a screw and no instructions -guess it can't be that hard to work out but a note would be useful. Once peeled off covers from acrylic was a little tricky to avoid static cling but got there in end. Overall happy with frame etc.”

“The Website is really easy to use and explains everything in plain English (for the ones who haven't really got a clue about picture framing... i.e ME!) A really big bonus...I could complete it all on my iPad! I received the frame very quickly and I am more than happy with it. It's exactly what I wanted. Big thank-you :))”
