“Found a lovely painting but in a old fashioned frame, impossible though to find a frame that it would fit without having to take it to a professional frame shop ,which I knew would cost! Found this site on line ,made everything so simple to order and I am so pleased with the result.In the new frame the painting looks completely different and I will be using this site again.”

“I ordered 2 custom frames, one with mount, one without. It is great to have custom frames for my pictures. The one with the mount doesn't fit as well as the one without (it its off a bit more of the image then I expected), but don't know if that is common practice or a mistake.. It took about a week from order to receiving the frames. They were very well packed. Will use again.”

“Site was easy to use, there was a good choice of frames and the prices were very competitive. It's great that there is no minimum order. The frame arrived within the predicted time frame and was well packaged. I was very happy with the quality and finish. Absolutely would use again. My only gripe would be the postage hike for Scottish postcodes, I do not live in the Highlands.”

“Good quality frame. Easy to assemble. Negative point: the delivery company did not put my name on the package and did not contact me about delivery. The frame was delivered to work where lots of people work (obviously) and, since the package did not have my name on it the receptions had no idea who it is for.”

“I ordered two frames which were very reasonably priced and arrived within the week. I am very pleased with them but did not realise it was acrylic and not glass but that was my fault for not reading the description probably. Having said that you cannot tell and I am really pleased with the quality. Had I realised it was acrylic I would not have ordered them but now having seen them I wouldn't hesitate. My only gripe was parcel force the delivery courier....... They couldn't have been less helpful, they wouldn't leave with a neighbour, they wouldn't leave at the local post office as the parcel was too large, they wanted £9 to deliver on a Saturday or an extra £ 5.50 to deliver to another address. In the end I drove 12 miles to their depot to pick the parcel up.”
