“The frames arrived within the week even though it was the busy December period. They were exactly what I wanted and the instructions on the web-site made assembly easy. Would certainly use again and recommend to other people.”

“The website was really easy to navigate and made choosing the right frame so much easier, particularly because you could upload your picture to visualise in the frame too. I had one idea in my head, but actually when it came to ordering it, I found a much better solution. It all arrived very well packed and is lovely quality. My picture looks amazing in it. Thank you so much!”

“Frames arrived promptly although Couriers just left them outside with no attempt to ring the doorbell to see if anyone was in (which we were!). Quality of product good and I'm very pleased.”

“Would definitely use Picture Frame Studio again, I highly recommend them. I had several signed photos that I wanted displayed in one frame, the size and style of which I was never going to find in the shops. I decided to get one made, with mounts, specifically for the photos and I'm more than happy with the result. Great choice available, quick turnaround and item was packaged well. Excellent service!”

“Very happy with frames, they look well made and are supplied with everything needed. They were dispatched within the advised time frame and were well packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard and had both sides of acrylic glass covered in protective film. My only criticism was that the delivery company, Citilink, sent one email at 20.30 on the Thursday advising that delivery would be the following day but did not send a second email until 10.50 on the Friday advising a two hour delivery slot. Despite this I would order again from Picture Frame Studio as they offer a great choice of frames.”

“A fantastic service. We had a non standard size painting which was proving hard to frame, and did not want to spend a lot on bespoke framing. We were able to get a perfect frame from Picture Frame Studio for a very reasonable price. The website was easy to use, and the option to upload a photo of the item made it very easy to choose the right frame and mount. Delivery was within the stated timescale, and the frame and mount were easy to put together.”

“Products look really good and are very reasonably priced for such good quality. Thank you. The only improvement suggestion I would make to ensure 5 stars out of 5 next time would be 'contactibility'- I didn't receive a confirming email when I placed my order and when I tried to ring on several occasions no-one answered and there was no facility to leave a voice mail. My emails were replied to after a few days though. Overall I am pleased and would buy products from you again.”
