“My picture frame is just what I wanted it to be! It took longer than expected (likely due to covid-19) but as soon as I emailed about it, I received it within days. Looks great! Only critique is that none of the links to contact support seemed to work in the emails and the "Contact Us" on the website kept saying "Please try again in a few minutes." However, once I did get through my frame arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected!”

“After an easy ordering system online, I did find it difficult to contact the company about my order confirmation. The phone number on the web site was not working. I eventually got an email reply and within a couple of days received my frames. The frames were of a v good quality and good value for money and I am very pleased with the end result.”

“A mix bag, communication could have been better and time for the delivery was slow, clearly lockdown played a significant part in this. When the frame finally arrived, I was delighted, excellent quality and to exact measurements I requested.”

“Ordered a couple of times from them now and the frames are exactly what I wanted. I did get a bit confused with the custom page and thought I was ordering a custom tile frame, but, thankfully, I had ordered a triple mount and the tile was thin enough and the frame had enough give to squash it in. Looks fab! Frames came pretty fast (especially given CV-19) and were well packaged.”

“Website was very easy to navigate and create the order. Prices were very competitive. Product arrived in good time and as described, the only comment is that the box looked like it wasn't in good shape when it arrived. Luckily the internal packaging had done its job and the frame wasn't damaged.”

“Overal, I am pleased with the box frame and delivery. The only downside is that the acid free backing board came in two halves, which meant I had to tape them together and add an additional fabric backing to cover the join and mount my textile art work onto.”

“Frame arrived quickly and in one piece. However, I was emailed that I would receive another email with date and time of delivery, but I wasn’t, so the frame arrived when I was out and a neighbour had to take it in. The frame looks great but it took a very long time to assemble because it was extremely difficult to fit the backing board in - it was a v tight fit! Looks good though, thanks. Sophie.”

“I bought an oak frame and mount and they came pretty quickly. The mount and frame are excellent, the board backing is perhaps a mm or two too loose, but not enough to master once secured in place. Really happy and would use again.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of the frames and they are easy to put together. I did not know what to do with the tiny bits of cork (for the bottom corners to protect the wall) but a quick email resolved that.”
