“My picture frame is just what I wanted it to be! It took longer than expected (likely due to covid-19) but as soon as I emailed about it, I received it within days. Looks great! Only critique is that none of the links to contact support seemed to work in the emails and the "Contact Us" on the website kept saying "Please try again in a few minutes." However, once I did get through my frame arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected!”

“Frames and mounted arrived not to size specification. No reply to e-mail asking for information given on how to return. Disappointing.”

“Ordered 5 frames. 4 to mount vintage style travel posters A3 size which I am very pleased with. The final custom frame was to accomodate a copy of an old map showing the location of the shipyards on the Clyde back in the day. Unfortunately I submitted the wrong artwork size so the frame is to large. Have requested a replacement. I am sure it will look great.”

“After an easy ordering system online, I did find it difficult to contact the company about my order confirmation. The phone number on the web site was not working. I eventually got an email reply and within a couple of days received my frames. The frames were of a v good quality and good value for money and I am very pleased with the end result.”

“A mix bag, communication could have been better and time for the delivery was slow, clearly lockdown played a significant part in this. When the frame finally arrived, I was delighted, excellent quality and to exact measurements I requested.”

“Ordered and paid for frames 22nd May, no email confirmation. Tried ringing the number on the website it is disconnected. Tried contacting via the website messages would not sent. Tried e mailing no reply. Are these still in business??? Check before spending any money!!”

“Thank you, I was pleased overall with the frame and service which is why I have have given ‘very good’ as a grade. Just a small point, there was a small chip in the inner edge of the frame which I noticed after I’d finished framing up. It wasn’t particularly visible (I am very particular) but would have mentioned it had this not been a birthday gift and working to a tight deadline.”

“I think the size of frame 107x40 was too big for wood and should have been metal,which was really what I wanted.the frame sags in the middle and I had to use duct tape. The hanging cord also says because the material stretches too much.”
