“Excellent item. Very well packaged. Fairy easy and trouble free ordering process. Only issue was the confirmation email was hard to read due to software conflict but Picture Frame re sent one in a different format when we pointed this out. Would buy from again.”

“Quality frames at a good price and delivered within the week. The small frames I ordered arrived in perfect condition. but if ordering larger frames I would have prefered something more protective than just cardboard around the frames, knowing the way couriers treat our parcels! Just my thoughts, not a complaint. Thanks for the great service.”

“I am very pleased with the box frame supplied by this company. The speed of service was excellent. The frame arrived very well packed. I also received an email the day before it arrived explaining the best way to unpack it! My work (raised embroidery) looks great in it's new frame. Thank you.”

“I bought an oak frame and mount and they came pretty quickly. The mount and frame are excellent, the board backing is perhaps a mm or two too loose, but not enough to master once secured in place. Really happy and would use again.”

“Delighted with my picture frame. Its just what I wanted. I was a little concerned about Perspex instead of glass but it looks exactly the same you wouldn't know it wasn't glass! The frame is very well made and delivery was very quick. Thank you!”

“Bit disappointed with the frames (should have looked for a deeper one) these are a bit thinner than I imagined. Some metal tabs missing, but apart from this, I'm happy-ish with them. Need to look harder at dimensions before ordering the next time.”
