“The picture frames were exactly what was ordered and were well made. It would have been nice to receive an email conformation of the order just so I knew it was progressing.”

“Very Good Quality Frame. I always judge a frame's quality by whether the miters join properly with no gaps, from the front and the side - and in terms of the front I give ten out of ten, and the side 9 and a half out of ten - A thousand times better than an Ikea frame in this respect and of course you can have any size of fame made. Very Good!!”

“Expecting as mentioned on their website to receive my order within 7 workings days of the order after nearly a month I hadn't received my order. I contacted them via my website to be told that my frame wasn't available. It would have been a good idea for them to have contacted me rather than me needing to ask them. BUT, on recommending two alternative frames they delivered my frame within four days of place the new order and the frame was very good. They were apologetic. A little better customer communications would have been good at the beginning. I would possibly use them again.”

“I have used Picture Frame Studios on two occasions. Their products are well made and available in custom sizes. Despatch time is around 7 working days as frames are made up to order. Frames arrived within pre advised one hour time slot and were very well packaged.”

“The frame arrived very quickly and was exactly as ordered. There were no instructions for attaching the fittings, but then again it was easy to work out what to do. May be useful to include for those who need the help. All in all I'm very pleased with the product, at an affordable price.”

“I ordered 10 mounts. Order arrived 8 days later -only 2 mounts included. Rang and was told there had been an error and the rest would be sent immediately. They took another 4 days. The sizes are not correct on many of them and are out by 5mm plus, which makes a lot of difference on a 13 X 13 cm instead of 13.5 X 13.5cm mount. I am not happy as I tried to be exact with my measurements. On the plus side, they are packaged well and there has been no damage in transit.”

“Excellent service, very pleased with our 5 matching frames. We had to speak to Mike and the team about a couple of adjustments and they were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would use again in a flash, and recommend to friends and family.”

“It is great to find a way to get custom made frames made online and there is a great choice of real wood frames. I have a number of things I need framing that I have had for years but never got round to taking to a framer (and they can cost so much). Very happy with the price and the quality of the frames. Great service - I will be using again.”

“Choice of woods and sizes available very good as is quality of workmanship. Order turnround time generally in the order of one week which I find acceptable. Prices excellent. No problems in recommending. Alastair”
