“Easy to order online, thankfully for us oldies using inches. I ordered three frames. Two large in a grey colour and one smaller one in an oak. The oak frame was not as good a quality and had a slight nick which my husband managed to stick back but overall I am happy. I will use again.”

“I was satisfied with the frames but the brown tape was uneccesary. I thought it was a specific type of tape that could be used to hang up the frames but it was useless”

“The order was duplicated in error and my card debited twice. After contact this was sorted out with no problems. Also no notification that the goods had been sent but this was not too much of an issue as my neighbour took the parcel. Very pleased with the frame when it arrived. I have used this company before and would again.”

“The picture frame itself is awesome, where the star was lost was communication as after 8 working days I'd not heard anything I had to call to find that my frame choice was out of stock until the end of the month and would I like another choice. An email asking would have been better than me chasing up. To be fair it was then sent out the next day. Overall excellent frame.”

“Good value frame, nicely made and including the hanging kit. I hadn't realised that the oak frame was completely unfinished (so needs oiling or varnishing) but that is probably my error.”

“Ordered frames on Saturday - they arrived (in the Scottish Highlands) on Wednesday - brilliant. Spot on workmanship & well packed - & the site is excellent with one small gripe. There is a great facility for uploading a photo of the image to try out mounts and frames online - but the max file size is 1mb. No image is that small - & the link for an editing program refers you to something that went out in 2014 - so I spent a while googling how to reduce file sizes & then gave up. Shame because - one of my images would have benefited from wider mounts but I had no way of trying it out. Tip: experiment online with the coloured mounts rather than default white - I had a triumph with a last minute selection of a rich russet colour within a lightly gilt frame.”
