“Very pleased with my frames, exactly what I wanted. However, delivery left much to be desired. Citylink said they were to deliver last Thursday which was inconvenient as I was out all day. Rearranged delivery for Friday but they delivered on Thursday, leaving goods in a communal hall area for 10 hours before I arrived back home. Have taken up this issue with them. Perhaps you would care to do so also.”

“I'm really impressed with the frames we ordered. I thought getting them made to measure would be expensive but these were a great price and the quality is excellent and the sizing was exact. I couldn't believe how quickly they were made and delivered too!”

“Good quality, attractive frame - used for a 12x18 photo. The acrylic 'glass' attracts dust more than glass, but it is crystal-clear. Citylink communication could have been better, though it was eventually delivered when I asked.”

“I'm not normally one for writing reviews however I was so impressed with everything about the purchase of this picture frame that I felt obliged to add my feedback. Ordering was simple and straight forward, delivery as promised and clear instructions on how to put it all together. The quality of the product is great and the finished product is great and I am delighted to be giving it as a gift. “Frames arrived more quickly than I expected, were very well packaged, and were exactly as designed. There was a slight imperfection in the outer frame of one picture but after a quick phone call a new outer frame was dispatched almost immediately. A very efficient service which I would recommend.”

“The online ordering was easy to understand and there was plenty of choice. My picture frame arrived within a few days and was well packaged. I was very impressed with the quality and the little extras that came with my order (at no extra cost) and the price was very reasonable. I am now considering ordering some smaller frames and will certainly use this company again!”
