“Getting a picture as a gift can be a problem when it is not a stock size, but your website and operation was able to cope with any size and had a wide range of materials and styles. The one we chose came very promptly and is all round excellent. Many thanks. We will be back.”

“This is the first time we have ever used a picture framing service online, usually visiting a local shop to have all our frames made. Costs of doing this however seem to have escalated and the amount of time available to us to make such a trip seems virtually non existent so -'on-line' seemed the way to go! We were and still are complete novices at this and the website was extremely informative and indeed helpful although we do have a big issue with the largest frame which we need to resolve. The other 2 smaller ones however were perfect.....exactly what we were looking for and currently side along side a large photograph that we had framed professionally.”

“I had an unusual size picture to frame. The Picture Frame Studio website was easy to use when it came to choosing frame and mount. The frame was made very quickly and it’s brilluant!”

“I ordered two frames. One was as ordered, the other had one mount, not two as ordered, and the mount dimensions were wrong which also made the frame bigger than it should have been. I altered things myself to get a 'satisfactory' result and emailed Picture Frame Studio and politely told them of my experience. In return I got an apology but no offer to make amends. I would have said no more but then got an email asking for a review, so judge for yourself.”

“Great service - on the phone for technical advice, handling a late order, ensuring delivery for Christmas Great product - really nicely made frames, with all the accessories to make a really professional job of mounting pictures. Made me look good Great price - custom made product for the price of less good off-shelf options I will be using Picture Frame Studio again.”
