“Have purchased all my frames for the last couple of years from PFS. We have had some problems with damage but always resolved very quickly and never any quibbles. I always measure a company on their performance when things go wrong. Hence the reason for 5 stars and repeat orders.”

“Frame arrived quickly and in one piece. However, I was emailed that I would receive another email with date and time of delivery, but I wasn’t, so the frame arrived when I was out and a neighbour had to take it in. The frame looks great but it took a very long time to assemble because it was extremely difficult to fit the backing board in - it was a v tight fit! Looks good though, thanks. Sophie.”

“Extremely helpful. I made stupid mistakes with my measurements for the mount boards but Nathan is replacing them free of charge. We went through the measurements over the phone to get them right. I can’t thank Nathan enough. I will always use this company and will always recommend them. 100% happy. Thank you Nathan.”
