“Prompt arrival. Well wrapped. Exactly as ordered. Measurements exact. Professional look & finish. Liked the protective double coating on acrylic pane. Plenty of tape to secure picture. Back mount adds bulk to the picture so that nothing slips. Instructions easily understood & adapted to practice. Recommended.”

“Frames arrived quickly and were well packaged. There was no initial email confirmation (email arrived once delivery date was set, though this was after we called to enquire!) Overall quality is high. Will happily use again. I especially liked the ability to preview the art/frames during the design process. Happy to provide finished frame photos!”

“The picture frame itself is lovely and just what I expected. The time from order to delivery was also very quick. Two points - there was no confirmation email when I first ordered my frame which meant I had to email you to check you had received my order. Secondly, the frame had no name on the package, just an address so it was opened. Luckily my surname was on the back of the frame and the person opening the parcel (none too gently - he had no idea it contained a picture frame) recognized the name.”

“Happy overall with my order. I ordered 4 frames altogether and I am happy with the quality of the wood and they are great value for money for custom built frames. I am a little disappointed with one of the larger frames I ordered as 2 of the corner seams are not flush but have gaps and it does spoil the overall quality appearance.”
