“Unbelievable service. I didn't think I was so stupid as to get a measurement wrong. I did. No quibble replacement is exactly what it says. I don't recommend getting a measurement wrong - I feel incredibly stupid, but I do recommend the quality of service, including helping to make sure I got it right next time.”

“Very pleased with the two frames ordered. Arrived promptly, exceptionally well packaged. Sizing spot on and e-mail with detailed instructions would be very helpful for anyone unfamiliar with framing. Would definitely recommend.”

“Frame was rough in one corner (see photo). On the front unfortunately. I sanded it gently myself but it would need considerably more to remove the gouging. There were also two places where marks of a pair of parallel lines were visible (also on photo). This was a little disappointing. The service/time/delivery was excellent; the frame itself was good; but the quality control of the finish left something to be desired. I decided to keep it as anyone glancing at it wouldn't see the defects - but I know they're there!”
