“Lots of choice. Very helpful when I rang up with a query. Arrived in plenty of time. Delivery gives a date which can be changed and the time of arrival is given you on the morning of delivery, so you know when you need to be in. Most of all, the wood looks lovely.”

“Ordered picture frame to have our 60th Wedding Commemorative Certificate from the Register General framed. This goes well with our card from the Queen which is also framed. The parcel arrived very well packed and as such it took some time to extract the frame. So the protection is superb. The frame is delightful and we are very satisfied with the company.”

“I ordered fairly basic black frames. I was very pleased with the quality and the price. I am basing this on my experience of using an other on-line frame manufacturer a few months ago. I had to complain because most of the mitred joints on the two frames I ordered had gaps in them. Indeed I am sure that I could have done a better job myself with a saw and a mitre-block!. They firm said that they must have been dropped in delivery and offered replacement or refund. The order was processed quickly I intend to use Picture Frame Studio in the future.”

“The frames arrived in good condition and were of good quality. The only downside was that some assembly was required. The perspex front still had a plastic sheet over it on both sides and the wall mounting kit was just that... a separate kit with screws brackets and string. This would have been much better to be pre-assembled rather than having to do it myself.”
