“Delivery took forever. For 2 weeks the frame kept getting delivered to the wrong address. It was rerouted back to the company and I was told it would be a few days till I got the frame but it still took ten days to arrive. Now that it has arrived the frame is nice but ruined by being a month late, I bought it for my sisters 50 year wedding anniversary and it was 2 weeks late for that. The surprise was ruined even though I ordered it with a lot of spare time.”

“From placing the order I received updates via e mail as they said I would. I ordered two completely different frames. They arrived as expected and I was completely satisfied with both of them. The standard is excellent and I will certainly be placing further orders.”

“The picture frames are nice, but the Perspex in lieu of glass makes it look cheap. Considering the size of the frames I would have thought glass would be the standard option. So a little disappointed if I’m honest.”

“My cousin sent me a print of one of his paintings so I saw your company online and ordered a frame for it. The frame arrived the other day and the print is now in the frame looking stunning I have to say. The frame looks to be very well made with a thin but strong plastic "glass" which is nice and light. It looks great on my wall.”
