Pimilico plumbers came to service our boiler. The clock/timer was working when they arrived and then broken when I checked it the next day. I contacted them to fix it and they told me "it's not possible for their engineer to break the clock". What a crock of ****. We know can't schedule our heating to come on and off in a planned fashion and have to do it manually.
