“Good afternoon, I was unhappy with the quality of the clothesxI ordered and I've sent them back.It was the first and last time I will be ordering from this company . I am still waiting for refund and rhe goods have been returned!”

I'm so sorry to hear the quality wasn't what you expected, we work extremely hard to ensure we only stock the best quality items here at Pink Boutique. This feedback will be forwarded to the most relevant team. Please note, all unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 28 days. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. Again, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your PB order. “I have always been impressed with your products and have ordered many times in the past but of late myself and friends have recieved items that are far too small than the size stated and also a lack of bigger sizes ie 12 and 14 such a shame as the quality and sizing had been so good until now ! I will keep browsing incase and hope that the sizes go back to normal. I dont return them as I forward them to charity as I don't want them going to waste.”

“I ordered 3 dresses and they looked lovely on the models but when I tried them on the clothes drowned me. I normally go for petite sizes because I’m 5ft and there isn’t any petite sizing on your website. Unfortunately out of the 3 I returned 2 because they were too long and didn’t suit me.”
