“I just love this company , the clothes are well priced and of very good quality. I’ve ordered a great deal off them . And every item has been perfect in every way . Not had to return any item and hopefully never will . Fast delivery too which is a bonus .”

“i purchased the lime cigarette trousers last week, they look and fit fabulously. i had many compliments over the night about them. however, after wearing them once they bobbled on the front on one side quite badly. although the range of clothing is great unfortunately the quality of these wasn't what i though”

This feedback will be forwarded to the most relevant team. Please note, all unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 28 days. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. Again, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your PB order. “I love this retailer and majority of the time I keep the clothes. I recently purchased some soft jeans that were advertised as high rise but they are unfortunately not, they are more hipster cut so having to return. Really frustrating having to pay for returns, it does make me have second thoughts on purchasing something if I’m unsure and will steer towards not buying, so I feel this loses sales.”

“I would have given 4.5 stars. First time I’ve bought from Pink Boutique and I wasn’t sure whether to or not as I was hesitant about the sizes. For first time buyers there should be a free returns policy. Luckily although a slightly smaller fit then my usual size the dress did fit nicely.”

“Hi I have paid for next day delivery as I was going on holiday and my parcel didn’t arrive now it has gone to a mc co in cosham and they have emailed me smashing it’s been returned to sender , how will I get my parcel , I have never had and issue before and love your clothing”

Hi Leanne, Thank you for your review. I can see your order was placed on a weekend, your order left on the following working day (Monday) for delivery on Tuesday. DPD have uploaded an image of the delivery location but sadly, they were unable to deliver meaning it had to go to your local DPD pick up shop. As your order wasn't collected, this was returned to PBHQ and a refund will be issued. I'm so sorry for any upset caused. Team PB xx

“Bit of an error when you sent item out something to do with Royal Mail instead of dpd parcel service however when I contacted enquiring you couldn’t be more helpful and sorted really quick and this was a pleasant experience and the item was fantastic and real value for money the wife wants to buy loads of items again from you in the future Thanks a trillion”
