“I ordered the black champagne please dress, I absolutely love the dress but the size is completely wrong, I ordered M/L which says is 12-14 (I am a 12) but it is definatly more of 8-10 😔”

Hi Emma, I'm so sorry to see you thought the time sizing was small, I will pass this on for you and the item will be investigated. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“The shirt I bought was badly stitched and had loads of threads hanging out of it which had to be fixed so I could wear it, I sent a message to PB and received 20% refund.”

“I ordered a shirt dress and was sent the shirt instead of the dress. I sent it back and ordered again same thing happened. I have checked the website and you have a shirt and a dress. However you keep sending me the shirt. Will not order again.”
