“The colours of dresses I ordered are not the same as pictures. I've sent one back and the next one I got was disappointing colourwise too. For this reason I sont be ordering off the site again.”

Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. Again, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your PB order. “Always happy with what i ordered only once they sent the wrong size and I wasn't bothered sending it back too much hassle as I'm in ireland but other than that I love this site”

“Unfortunately the bodysuit was faulty and the bandage skirt was a bit long (but I’m only 5’1) but ordered one of your jumpsuits that I tried before but chose your black bandage dress instead for a party and received it the next working day for a hen do, it was long but adjusted it and was a great fit and lovely colour. Can not beat the delivery and I have used customer service with previous orders and they have always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to use pink boutique.”

“Everything i have ever bought from Pink Boutique has been perfect fitting. Lovely material and i never have any issues. I have only give 4 stars due to i found since having my baby im limited now what i can buy from Pink Boutique, as im now a size 14. Theres isnt much choice, but id buy everything i see on this site if i could fit in them. I just wish there was more for size 14 girls (especially because its more of a “normal sizing” for ladies these days) heres hoping this shout out is heard :D then i can shop till i drop xx”

“Dress was completely wrong picture to the website, I thought it was getting a baby pink but instead it was like an peachy colour instead, didn’t like the colour so will need to return my dress”
