I will feedback to the most relevant team, please note, all items can be returned for a refund. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“I never really shoped online, U got tild about pink boutique. So I tried and I am totally obsessed with sight. I never go shoopung to shops now. I know my size well on ure sight. I tell everyone about yous. And what you see on the pic is the exact same ure getting when it arrives. Soo go you’s love yous to bits. I am a shop aholic, but nowaday’s everything i have is Pink Boutique 😘”

Hi Nichola, Thank you for your review. I can see your order missed out on our next day delivery as it was placed after 4pm, your order left the following day and was delivered as scheduled. To confirm, when you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise you to return using a tracked method. We state all returns information on the invoice included inside your parcel. I hope this helps.
