“Left a message 2 weeks ago about returning a parcel, also about paying for Saturday delivery but was delayed and did not receive till Sunday. Still not heard back one top has make up on”

I can see your parcel was delayed as the driver encountered a problem on route, I have issued a refund on your Saturday shipping. Please return all unwanted items to us, I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe.
