“I was sent the wrong dress. and the other didn't look the same as the photo. I will be sending back shortly. very disappointed”

“Bought a blue and white shift dress which was super! However I ordered a further two dresses and they were poor material quality and at my age, 54, I need to wear clothes with quality fabrics that sit correctly. Both dresses fitted just not for me.”

Hi Gemma, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry we can't offer free returns at the moment. When you use our return label to return your order, we deduct £2.50 for using this. The returns label is a fully tracked service. You do not have to use our label to return your parcel. However, we do advise to return using a tracked method.
