I will feedback to the most relevant team, please note, all items can be returned for a refund. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“I didn’t receive my order, my post man took a picture of it hanging out of my letterbox and I can only assume someone has taken it. I called pink boutique and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They traced the package (which was on its way back to them! 🤷🏼‍♀️) and offered me a full refund. Can’t comment on the quality of the clothes as I haven’t seen them 😂”
