“Fabulous clothing great true to size clothing bit disappointed in a delivery that came other day tho very creased. Looked awful when it arrive took long time to get creases out. 😩”

“I’ve always found the clothes to be good quality. But this dress felt very cheaply made and cheap material. It reminded of the quality and material from shein or a market stool. Very disappointing”

This feedback will be forwarded to the most relevant team. Please note, all unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 28 days. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. Again, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your PB order. Hi Kirsty, Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. All items are sized in house with our fit model, however, I will raise this with the appropriate team. I can see your order has been refunded, we ask for 7 working days from the date your order arrives within PBHQ to process a refund. You should have received an email to confirm this has been issued. I have checked your account and can see you selected our Standard service after 4pm which is our cut off time. Your order left the following working day and was delivered within the scheduled time frame. I'm so sorry for any upset caused.
