I ordered a dress that arrived with a hole in the bottom and the zip code as broken off, on speaking to customer service they said they would offer me a 20% reduction if I kept the dress, naturally I opted to send it back for a full refund only to see I will STILL be charged to return a faulty dress! Poor customer service

Item not as described. I ordered because description said stretch fabric. The dress was beautiful but didn't fit my boobs because no stretch. Was very upset because it was for a wedding. I'm waiting on a refund

My parcel went missing and I am getting a refund but it does not include the cost of sending the goods to me even though your carrier lost it. Doesn’t seem fair

Having to order multiple sizes I don't like the fact I was charged for returning on both orders within the same package, even after I wrote on the 2 invoices to only charge one p&p when I already paid £3 del on each one. Money was deducted off both invoice refunds. There should be free returns & no deductions on refunds.

Beautiful dresses but do not cater for the correct sizing!!! Clothes are extra small made!

Customer service is absolutely 100% at it’s best and they email customer service response is always very fast but I think an adjustment should be made on cloth sizes cause mediums seems to be like L sometimes though it’s not much of a big deal if it’s not an outfit you tend to wear in a short notice . Clothes materials are always at top best ,I mean the qualities of the materials or cloths are so outstanding and now I wonder why they don’t come cheap at all😂. Pink Boutique is definitely a go for shop for all occasional outfits and I hope you start making baby outfits too😩🤞🏾
