“My dress never arrived and was sent back to pink boutique by Royal Mail upset as I wanted the dress now I have to wait for refund to purchase again”

I'm so sorry your order was returned to us, sadly, Royal Mail could not make the delivery due to an incorrect address being input at the checkout. I can see this has now been refunded in full. “The clothes are can be a bit hit and miss. There is also the issue of paying for returning any item which most other companies in this range don’t charge for. Delivery is pricey in my opinion.”
