I returned it and reordered it again , unfortunately ended up having to send that back aswell but have only received one refund ! ”

“ Service was let down due to DPD delivery informing me nobody was home when they tried to deliver, this was false information as I was home all day and have cctv evidence of nobody trying to deliver. This resulted in me going to have to pick parcel up next day from a store, which I had already paid for next day delivery which I did not get. When I raised with DPD was informed no refund for delivery would be given. ”
