“Sizing and quality of my dress very poor I wasnt happy,I would like to send it back”

I will feedback to the most relevant team, please note, all items can be returned for a refund. I will talk you through our returns process step by step, 1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“This is going off my last 2 experiences with my orders I love nearly everything I’ve bought from here but I was really disappointed with customer service and paying twice for next day delivery1st time was 2 days later and the last one was 4 days later so I’m definitely not using that delivery service again”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear this, I have looked into your two previous orders and I can see both orders were placed after our cut off of 4pm. Your second order was placed using our Saturday service, as this was placed at 10pm on Friday it missed our 4pm cut off meaning it left on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. I can see we refunded the difference between Saturday and next day delivery. I hope this helps. Team PB xx

“Always used to buy from here then stopped. But found a beautiful dress which I love but it came smelling musty like it had been in a garage or somewhere dusty for a long time. Also had a mark on it. Had to pay for it to be cleaned properly!”

“Contacted you a week ago as everytime I try to use laybuy it won't let me , am not happy as ordered from you all the time you won't answer my email . Everytime I order it just takes it straight from my bank and does not give me the option to use laybuy I had stuff I wanted but will miss out on getting them because you can't answer my query , thanks”

“I’ve used pink boutique for past 5 years I’ve never had anything I’ve ordered I don’t like or have needed to send Bk true to size altho some items only go upto a 12 and I’m a 14 good quality and designs to cater for every season and occasion it’s one of my favourite sites and one I mostly use keep up the good work pink boutique actually received my new top I ordered today can’t wait to wear it 🥰”
