Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. “The quality of the dress was shocking, it was thin and the stitching would easily come apart. The sizing is awful, I am a size 10 so ordered a 10 and the zip wouldn’t go up. Would easily fit a size 6. I would not recommend getting dresses here.”
