Package your return in any waterproof packaging. 2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier. 3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note) 4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office. 5. Keep your proof of posting safe. Again, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your PB order. “Ordered a pair of shoes size 5 which I always am a size 5 Shoes were too big so I messaged them for a exchange and was told they don’t do exchanges so had to pay to return then pay delivery to order again Total rip off especially when their shoes are not sized correctly I’ve never been a 4 in my life !!”

“Ordered 3 beautiful dresses. One had to be returned as it did not fit properly around the shoulders. The other two were gorgeous. Wore one to a wedding and received many compliments.”

“Bought the Liquid lunch maxi, love it. Fits well, perfect for my holiday, it even has pockets. Material is good, not see-through. Would be great if this was available in a range of colours. Easy to order and arrived when itsaid it would.”

“Lovely item , fitted true the size and look like the picture . Good quality for the price I paid . I had lots of compliments in this dress. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the postage took longer than expected, luckily it arrived just in time for my event.”
