"Order was correct and shipped in timely manner. First time ordering from Pinnacle Armory, will order again. Thanks."
Peter Sturtevant
"The only thing I would recommend that the company does is to include the tracking number once it is created in a email to the customer. Better service to do it for the customer and not try to get the customer to download some kind of app. Otherwise they are awesome, and they have a great price, availability of the items I wanted, and shipping was respectful of the time to receive the package. I again will emphasize that the customer should be sent the tracking number as soon as it is generated by the company and they would be a total \ud83d\udcaf awesome company. "

"I gotta say, Pinnacle Armory is freaking amazing! Incredible customer relations and service beyond expectations. Pinnacle kept me apprised of every step they took in getting my 5.56 shipped to me. I was knocked out with their highly competent and detailed updates from order to deliver at my doorstep! They could not have done a better job, unless they had gift wrapped every single shell and had it delivered by a SWAT Unit. Great packaging delivered and my ammo came in its own high impact plastic ammo case. I absolutely will be doing a whole lot more business with Pinnacle Armory. They are not just a 5 Star rating, the deserve 10 Stars all the way!\r\nThank you Pinnacle Armory for your extraordinary customer service!"

“
The package came and I opened it up to find all the ammo boxes riped open and the bullets all over inside the box. Horrible packaging. One other thing, I was missing a 380 bullet.
