“Thanks, you did great. UPS was terrible. They said I would receive on Wed, but after waiting at home it did not come. Then they said it would be there today. After waiting at home until late afternoon I went down stairs to check, The driver left a slip on my door saying I was not home so he did not leave package. I was home and careful to not take shower or anything that I could not hear my vey loud doorbell. He simply did not bother to ring it.
I called UPS and was told I could not talk to a human. I called UPS store and the person was very apologetic and told me to call and keep hitting the operator button. I did so and got to talk to a human who told me my package was at a local store. I went there and it was not there. I had to go back to pick it up.”
