“I ordered the chopped top carbon fiber hood and it exceeded my expectations. Not just because of how light it is, the head gear is comfortable, and just the overall appearance. I’m pretty sure most of my co-workers were already on the website wanting to order one as well! I’ll most likely get another model later down the road! Also, great customer service!”

“At first glance the Cool Back welding shirt fits the bill to be among the best in the business. Awesome design! I haven’t put it to the test just yet but it seem to be a good quality shirt. One potential issue may arise in situations where tight position welding are required in places like nuclear facilities that don’t require FRC clothing. Snagging the back probably is inevitable. One suggestion I have is to make it an optional Cool Back and a full preshrunk cotton shirt. I’d definitely pay for that even if it’s a little extra cost. I’m sure many would agree. I’m excited to help out a small business so as long as it stay small you have my support. In say all that I have plans to order at least 6 more. It’s a nice look with a pair of 501 Levi’s and western work boots. Great job and please consider this recommendation!”

“From the first of many times I've called PLC, I have received nothing but outstanding customer service from a young lady who is both patient and knowledgeable. While I do weld as a hobby, I am not in the profession, so I use some products differently than they are intended. I live on and love the beaches of South Texas, where we have significant wind. I have recently purchased 2-8' and 1-10' PLC Welding Umbrellas. They arrived on time and in excellent working order, and I can't wait to get them set up at the shore and see them in action. Photos of my setups will be provided soon. Thank you to that young lady who greets me each time I call with a cheerful voice and points me to the products I need for my applications. PLC is so much more than Welding. The quality is unmatched. Thank You”

“I've bought a lot of items through the store and they were amazing beat my expectations! I did receive a product that was not right and I sent an email to the help team and got an email back immediately! They replied and sent out a new product within a couple of days!”

“Wife worked hard to get me a new umbrella an welding hood , an those two where cheap, so i understand was she did added on the 12 bucks protection plan , used all her money to get me these two items, for Father’s Day , yet the umbrella end up missing , im guessing stolen, an not sure if im get new umbrella or refund, or just a , sorry an nothing can be done or do, hopefully this answer the review, not trying say I got ripped off just stuff happens ,”

Hey Sheldon, we appreciate your feedback! We completely understand your frustration. We do show no shipping protection was purchased but did everything in our power to ensure an investigation was conducted even though the umbrella was successfully delivered and uninsured. We do make note upon purchase that shipping is recommend to ensure your package is protected in case your package is damaged or lost upon transit. Regardless once the package has been successfully delivered and with proof of delivery it is not 100% guarantee that a package claim can be covered since the carrier fulfilled the delivery service. We recommend getting in contact with you local postal office or UPS office on future large package orders to provide delivery instructions and ensure this doesn't happen again. Once again we appreciate your feedback, it was our pleasure aiding you in this matter, and glad it had a positive turnout! Anything please let us know, we appreciate you for being our valued client!
