No help on shipping costs so don't waste your time. Nothing they can do. Ups problem. Date is a estimate only. For the price of half a Amazon prime 1 year subscription just for 1 product, i guess my expectations are too high. Hopefully receive product tomorrow. Hopefully doesn't get pushed back again.”

We understand, UPS usually does a great job of delivering our packages in a timely manner, but with your package, there was a delay of one business day as updated on the UPS website. We are at the mercy of our shipping carriers and are unable to manage shipping events like delays(many delays are subject to weather, trucks breaking down, etc). In regard to shipping rates provided by UPS on the website, the costs are based on the overall size and weight of the package, the umbrellas are very large and heavy. Your package was ordered after 2 pm central time and was shipped out the following day right away and had 1 day delay as posted by UPS.
