“I am happy with your product and service. The only issue I have had is the amount of time between getting the email saying it has shipped and the day it shows up. It occasionally is so long that I wonder if it has been lost.”
Hi Jeff, thanks for the feedback. We understand the frustration with the transit time. To clarify, we mail our monthly subscriptions using USPS first class mail ("snail mail") to your regular mailbox. This helps us keep shipping costs down but it also means that we are subject to the delays of USPS mail, which have increased in frequency and duration throughout the pandemic. 1-2 weeks is considered normal right now and, sometimes we see these take a little longer. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit times.
“I have really been enjoying making these recipes and using their spices. The recipes are usually pretty simple and taste wonderful. The only downside is the spice mixes are not always available on their website for sale, so we have some favorite recipes that we have not been able to make again. I wish all of the spice mixes were always available to buy individually.”

We're a small team and do our best to add our newest spice blends to our online catalog in a timely manner. But we have been short staffed this summer. Please do email us at customers@piquantpost.com with your favorite blends that are unavailable (and frankly any requests/feedback anytime) and we'll prioritize getting those blends online and available for purchase. When I tried to communicate my question through the website, no one responded to me. That's the only thing I would change - make the purchasing process more conducive for gift giving, please!”
