“I initially had an issue with a late and then damaged in transit delivery . I cannot daily the Customer Service I received . A new case was sent straight out and refund of my express delivery speedily refunded . Excellent cimmunication . Thank you”

“Product arrived on time and was perfect, really pleased with the insulated cup for my hubby, picture quality and overall quality is great, and i was very impressed at the speed for a personalised item (photograph husband etc), ordered on tuesday 7.30 am, had an email to say despatched by lunchtime and arrived on thursday for his birthday, happy to order again, thank you”
