“I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my recent issue at the Aurora location. I have submitted my receipt twenty times and requested a callback regarding my loyalty points, but I am still waiting for a resolution. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially given my commitment to Pizza Hut.
The response I received from the store manager, Hilary, was to call corporate even though she was asked to use my phone number for points. the reply was not satisfactory. I expected a much higher level of service, considering my loyalty as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves better support when they face issues.
I urge management to address this matter immediately, as I am eager to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding; I look forward to a swift resolution.”
“I am pretty much done with this franchise. Our family had been ordering pizza once per week for seven years. However, the quality was slipping, and instructions were not being followed so when I was emailed a survey, I answered it honestly. The general manager responded with an email from the local restaurant. He was very condescending. He offered replacement food and I responded asking how that would be achieved since only one pizza out of a meal deal was affected by the inaccuracy. I never heard back.
I had been given two email addresses for this person and he didn’t bother to respond. I did forward it to the second email I was given, soI know I was not important enough to get a response.
The second issue I had was ordering in another town where my grandkids live. I placed an order to take home and tried to redeem points for some cheesesticks, but they never gave them to me. The manager I talked to on the telephone assured me that the next time I was in town, which would be in one week, he would call me first thing in the morning and get my information so I could get a replacement meal plus some brownies, free of charge. He also said if I didn’t want to order it that day, he’d get my address and mail me a gift certificate. He never called.
I called the restaurant in the morning and no one answered. I called in the afternoon and got yet another irritable general manager on the phone. She said she would follow up and call me back, but I never heard back.
I ended up escalating it by going directly to Corporate and got my points restored that were taken for the free cheesesticks, but that is all they did. I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get what I wanted.”
“The pizza hut at 1913 3rd avenue in Manhattan was horrendous. Burned thin pizza crust and what's suppose to be wings are chicken nuggets. To top it off no drinks available. Total waste of money. Tried to cut the pizza and had a hard time since it was so overdone. Don't waste your money at this location.”
“Love the thin crust pizza but the last time as well as this time, the pizza was overbaked and cold when I picked it up. They have certainly gone downhill from what it use to be. It will be the last time we order from Pizza Hut and if anyone asks what I think of this company, I would certainly tell them to get their pizza from anyone else.”
“I visited the pizza hut in mabellah, Muscat. I had the worst pizza of my life. The taste of chicken in the pizza was pathetic. I requested for extra cheese and they did not add it. Even couldn't feel the pizza smell and taste.
Really the standard of pizza hut is downgraded like anything.
I would never ever go to pizza hut.

“Being a couple of OAP'S we manage to treat ourselves to an occasional treat at our local Hut in Lincoln.We last went there in July. We went today (22nd) lunchtime.I ordered my favorite Chicken Supreme Deep Pan and my wife ordered the Pan Chicken Fajita. On checking the photo's on the Hut web site,and also having ordered the same thing before I fully expected to get a fully loaded pizza.That is not what we got. Our starter of Garlic Bread was still white on 1 side and utterly tasteless.
When the pizza arrived it was a bit gooey looked as it was all dough with very little topping placed somewhere in the middle. NOT LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTO. It was edible but not very appetizing.
I have had better pizza's with more toppings from Lidl,Tesco or Iceland. It will be a long time before I go there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have told PIZZA HUT of my thoughts.”
“We were a party of 12, went in Pizza Hut Yeovil Somerset after watching a film at Cineworld near by.
Very impressed with Lauren who helped us with placing orders,and with Jamie who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and not rushed at all.”
“Wat a lovely 2 hrs we had in pizza hut on kingswood hull on sat ....we took our teenager grandchildren for lunch ...we didnt know how to do it online so a lovely waitress came to help us ...she actualy did it for us 😊 ..she was lovely nothing too much bother ..the food was gorgeous every thing was perfect ..lovely atmosphere no loud music ..we has 2 hrs of eating and talking ..was perfect .thankyou ..😊”
“Ordered our meal and the drinks turned up quite quickly, but after an hour no food, we asked the waiter who blamed it on the previous shift for not restocking ???
After another 20 minutes we spoke to the manager and was told that there must be something wrong with the system as our order was showing (although we had our drinks ordered at the same time ??)
She told us it would be out in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later no food had arrived, by this time we’d had enough and asked for a refund. As we were leaving a pizza turned up but not the rest of the order.
To add insult to injury the waiter started banging around cutlery and giving us attitude. On the way out he started laughing ….. My worst experience in any restaurant anywhere totally shocking, still waiting for a refund”
“Has to be the most horrible visit in my life. Sat down and girl ask if we would use app and asked if she would take order as kids were noisy after a trip to gravity and we were knackered. Asked for drinks as hot and really thirsty as been in gravity. Orange juice and 3 other drinks. Drinks came after we had had got salad and finished it which is terrible. I asked the girl that served us and said she was doing it now. Came 10 mins later. 3 of the drinks were just glasses. Dinner came and buffet was almost empty so had to cue as everyone waiting as only 3 actual pizzas out. Got back everyone else had finished and was waiting for corn on the cob. Had to remind them twice. 20 mins later it arrived cold and at this time I'd had enough. Didn't complain as wife and child didn't want me to make a complaint. So I didn't. Then delivered bowls and we had only ordered 2 afters. 1. Ice cream factory and brownie and ice cream had to remind them thst we only needed 1 bowl. Brownie turned up 15 mins later. Then someone on the table behind up spilt a drink. It took nearly 20 mins and was walked all the way around the outlet before being cleaned up. At check out they reduced our bill but really was a terrible lunch thst we still paid 33 quid for to get Terri le service.

“Hey! I want to inform you all that 2-3 days a go that my mates and i ordered two personal pizzas and 2 pastas from Pizza Hut Rajendra Nagar Branch, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It's a great company and I was has absolute surety about its taste and quality. But, they proved me wrong which devastated me. Because, it's a brand with higher pricing but when one trusts a company so much they focus more on quality and quantity than pricing, keeping in mind ones taste and health. It was a takeout. It should hold equal value for any company or provider because we too pay the required money and taxes, but it didn't seem like that. The Pizza was half baked, only cooked from top. The upper capsicum toppings were burts and blackish not tasting fresh. The white pizza sauce was neither baked not melted and tasted like mayo rather than original maybe due to half cook condition. The crust was thick and unbaked as the bread underneath was completely white and tasted as if we have our toppings and sauce on uncooked bread which tasted very bad and poor. One of my mates said it's nothing new for Pizza Hut as their services have been always like this for her. But I didn't expected this and insisted her to trust me. You didn't only ruined her trust towards me but my trust on Pizza Hut. And I'll be skeptical and have my doubts about it always. You sowed a seed of lifetime doubt by providing the lowest quality of food and proved that take out isn't prioritised as much as dine in.”

“Food was not cooked through properly, was missing toppings on some pieces and one pizza had no sauce at all. Chicken strips had sauce spilled out of sauce container and made the strips soggy and kids couldn’t eat them cause they had the sauce on it that they do not like. Sauce container should not be leaking and should not be put inside with the food. It’s very unhygienic!!”
