“Initially, the dining room is supposed to be open until 10 pm, but yesterday, Sunday, March 2nd, at about 8 pm, all the tables were already broken down, clean, and the chairs over the tables; just the salad bar still available.
Because it was Sunday in Ashtabula, it was decided to eat something there. The girl who attended us told us the salad bar cost is $3.99, originally per trip, including the meal bar that was already closed and broken down (which is so costly/expensive, especially for the small plates they offer available there) but we can still do it if we want (she did not specify that still charging per trip). In the end, she tried to overcharge us for a supposedly extra trip that the other person did not make.
The service is so bad, especially considering that there were about 5 people working at that time, and no more customers there.
At least, the SuperSupreme thin crust pizza was more than OK.”
“Absolutely amazing service at Beaton Pizza Hut Nottingham even though it was my mixup with Uber Eats the colleagues at the branch went completely out the way to help me to make sure I got my food cannot praise them enough A Credit to Pizza Hut thank you”
“Refusing to refund items not delivered. Offered a 15 quid voucher after supplying wrong items that could have caused serious allergic reactions as well. Haven’t contacted the actual restaurant in the process of looking into complaint.”
“Bought a pan pizza and a hand tossed with three ingredients. The pan pizza dough is precooked before they make it. That was fine.
The hand tossed was not done. It was starch white on the crust, not tan or brown. The cheese was not completely melted. It was take out. We had to cook it the rest of the way at home. By far the worst pizza I have had in a long time. I stopped buying Pizza Hut years ago because of problems like this. This was a wake up call to NEVER BUY PIZZA HUT AGAIN!”
“You won't fix your online app so we could use our points. You all have known about this problem since you updated your app which sucks by the way. The old version was so much better and easier. Now you have a terrible app and we can't use our points for pizza only the garbage you have on there.”
“Pizza Hut in hummelstown was more then horrible, we would have been better buying a $5.00 pizza at giant, ordered the 9.99 special, it was the worst pizza we ever had, thin, dry, tasteless, don’t waste your money, man didn’t know what the hell he was doing!!”
“I tried to order pizza online last week. Every time I went through it would say "something went wrong", eventually I gave up and just phoned. Wife checked the credit card and they had charged my card 3 times even though I was given a error message. Buyer beware. I have IBS and can eat their pizza without getting sick, only reason we buy from there.”
“The dinning in part was horrible. Very thin crust, giving us bottle drinks instead of in cups with ice. Everything was just a no. It was not like this a couple of years ago. I feel bad for the sweet people who work there.”
“I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. I was the only person in line, yet it took an unreasonably long time for someone to take my order. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and the staff didn't seem attentive. It's frustrating when customer service feels like an afterthought, especially when the place isn't busy. Definitely not the experience I expected.”
“I ordered a large surpreme pizza with extra sauce on the app. I could barely taste any sauce at all let alone extra sauce. Not the first time this has happened with this store. Overall the pizza was decent minus the sauce.”
“Went to Pizza Hut in the bull ring for my daughters birthday and it was terrible, the buffet was a complete rip off, the Que was a mile long, the food was cold, staff were all too busy, trying to ram as many in as possible, never in my life have I had such a worse experience.”
“Isaac has real customer service! An issue happened with my order and he went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved. I'll definitely continue business at his location!”
