Second, no communication from the store.
Third, riders are 30-40 mins late.”
“I’m extremely frustrated with Pizza Hut’s service. Every Tuesday, they offer a "Buy One, Get One Free" deal, but every time I place an order, it’s either late or wrong. On their website, they promise delivery within 15-20 minutes, but it’s been over 2 hours and my order still hasn’t arrived! This isn’t the first time either—every time it’s the same story. They just keep making excuses and wasting customers’ time. It's honestly the worst service I’ve experienced, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

This is gone too far you can't do anything without your cell phone these days and I'm sick of it if I walk into a restaurant I wanna see a menu I don't have to look it up on my phone and try to weave through their apps to get to it. “My family and I was looking forward to some Stuffed crust Pizza. The first thing that came to mind was Pizza Hut. So I ordered a Pizza from the Vineland, Nj Pizza Hut on Chestnut Avenue.
It was the Poorest made Pizza i Ever had.
They made me a second one just as poor. Barely any Pepperoni and Sausage on it. I should have known that the service was Poor due to the Empty Parking Lot. The Pizza Hut in Vineland,Nj need some serious Help in Customer service.”
