“Somehow, items in my cart arrived ten days later (but received an email the following day requesting I "finish checking out"). No order confirmation was sent and no one answered multiple calls/responded to voice mails. Someone finally replied only after I disputed charges. They claimed my email was wrong (.co rather than .com) but had since been corrected. I doubt order confirmations are manually issued rather system driven and when I asked to return items, they lied and said merchandise was on sale and could not be returned, refunded nor no store credit. I filed a claim with the BBB.”

“Horrible customer service. I ordered a green set of lounge pajamas on sale. I buy sale stuff all the time on Neimans and saks and return stuff all the time. Furthermore you’re not notified all sales are final until you’ve already paid for the merchandise. Buyer Beware”
