"I ordered four pairs of pajamas several weeks ago. The order took an unusually long time to ship, and once it finally did, delivery was again significantly delayed. When FedEx marked the package as delivered, the photo clearly showed it had been thrown into the snow and not delivered to my home. I immediately contacted FedEx and was instructed to reach out to PJ Salvage to file a claim. \r\n\r\nSince then, I have called and emailed repeatedly, only to receive vague, nonsensical responses that appear to be AI and do nothing to address the issue. I have been unable to reach a real person or get any assistance.\r\nThe payment was withdrawn from my account immediately upon placing the order. Taking payment was seamless; however, fulfilling the order and providing customer support when something went wrong has been nonexistent. At this point, I have neither the products I paid for nor any clear path toward resolution. And these are Christmas gifts!\r\n\r\nThis experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Reliable fulfillment and responsive customer service are basic expectations, especially when customers do not receive what they ordered. Unfortunately, PJ Salvage has failed all the way around. This is not the company it used to be."
