I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.

He told me that they don't have control over delivery as they outsource it, and he didn't care that Royal Mail had lied on the tracking.

They also arrived late despite paying for express delivery.

Do not be misled by the marketing of Next Day delivery.

I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service from Prestige Flowers regarding my order placed on Wednesday, May 15th, for delivery on Friday, May 17th.

Come the day no sign of any delivery.

The last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I did complain that they used Royal Mail on days that they were striking so of course the delivery was never going to get there on time.

Not delivered on day requested I wouldn't give any stars if I could. On the order form it asks for delivery date, however they don't make it clear there is a 3 day window for delivery. I asked for my friends 70 th birthday and the flowers didn't arrive. I am furious and she is disappointed. I wish I hadn't chosen this company and I certainly won't again. Very angry with their poor service, be warned.

I was told they use "a reliable 24hour delivery service" which is evidently not the case as there was nothing reliable about it.

Ordered flowers from Prestige as a special treat for my mum. I was extremely disappointed with them upon arrival the roses had wilted and the chrysanthemums were already turning brown. Poor customer service as the only offer was £10 towards another bouquet which I declined as I would never buy from them again. Much better quality of flowers from a supermarket for £10 than these for £30 plus another £5.99 for delivery! Never again.
