“Most helpful is don’t use if you want them delivered on date requested or the day after and fo t expect to ‘chat’ to customer services. Was on hold over 30 minutes. Shambolic at best. Won’t recommend at all. Very frustrated and disappointed customer. Customer service - isn’t any.”
“They are a terrible company, I used them to gift my mother flowers on the 30th October, they said the delivery would be done on time. Royal Mail sent me an email (one day late) stating that the flowers and chocolates had been delivered when in fact they had not at all! Currently sending emails to them demanding a full refund. Do not use this service.”

“I placed an order for some flowers for next day delivery - very much the same experience as the previous customer. This was the second time I had used prestige for a next day delivery - with exactly the same result - I will not make the same mistake again. As the customer below states - they use ROYAL Mail as their courier knowing they can not honour next day deliveries - they may be fine for long-lead orders - but will never ever use again. I believe they know their orders and timelines will not be achieved. I know now the flowers when they arrive will be wilted already. The reviews on this site are accurate which leads me to suspect the reviews on their own site are not.”
“I ordered Flowers and Chocolates on 6 August 9.40am to be delivered for my Sister’s birthday on 8 August. The package was dispatched to Royal Mail, Prestige Flowers chosen delivery service at 5pm on 6 August, was not received by Royal Mail National DC until 11.05pm on 7 August, was not received at Glasgow MC until 7pm on 9 August, despite me receiving an email from Royal Mail on 8 August advising delivery was expected that day. No delivery until 10.13 am on 10 August, two days too late for my Sister’s birthday. After seven emails a refund of the delivery charge was offered. Prestige Flowers used Royal Mail as their delivery service knowing this Order would not arrive on time. So disappointed I will never use this Company again.”

Ordered Flowers for my Daughter 21st today. They arrived first thing about 8.10am by Royal Mail.
She loves them. Arrived with the Vase I ordered and some Chocolates and a balloon.
Made her day along with other things bought for such a special day.

“Shocking company! Flowers orders for Monday never arrived!! Used the online chat to more or less be told will take 14 days to investigate!!!
Told “it’s ok there in a box with water” yeah but I paid for fresh flowers to be delivered on a certain date... If you couldn’t do the order you should have said and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere.... the non delivery was bad enough but the aftercare is SHOCKING.... would never recommend this company and wherever I get the chance I will leave a review to warn others..”
