“I LOVE my lights! They are the first step of my daily wellness routine. I use them first thing in the morning for 10-20 minutes. I truly see a difference in my skin, and I also think my eyesight has improved. They also help me heal injuries. I seriously can't live without my Platinum LED Therapy Lights!”

“After spending over $2000 to buy two light panels from you, it seem to be very poor service indeed to charge a restocking fee of 20% for $75 hanger that we didn’t need. The hanger that comes with the light panels is a flimsy cord and a lightweight metal hook, the length of chain to reinforce that method. We were unable to use the $75 hanger that we purchased because of the layout of the wall.”

“Hello, I am writing this review for the BIO-MAX 300 I purchased after reading about the NIR "Near Infrared" 1060nm that comes standard in this miracle-working Red Light Therapy!!! I have been researching for a long time, and your BIO-MAX 300 has the exact features and more that I have been searching for, for months. “I've been using the Platinum LED Red Light Therapy Lights for a few weeks now, and I'm loving what they're doing for my skin. Right off the bat, these lights feel sturdy and well-made, so I know they'll last. Setting them up was quick and easy, I had them ready to go in no time! As for results, I can see a big difference! My skin feels smoother and looks clearer since I started using these lights. They've really helped with reducing fine lines and wrinkles on my face. “I've had my Biomax 900 for about 3 years and it's been great for anti-aging and treating soreness from being such a gym rat. I used to see some of the older guys at the gym with compression sleeves on their knees and later I learned why. They'd lost cartlidge and were experiencing pain. Well I had been a runner for a long time before. So I started cycling instead because it's not hard on the knees. But eventually and more recently I experienced pain in my right knee, not as much the left one but a little, just walking down the stairs. So I reached out to the Platinum Customer Service team and they gave me directions on what to do to help both knees heal. A friend also recommended to make chicken feet broth due to the collage 2 content which helps regrow cartlidge. So within a few weeks I started feeling less pain and I was amazed how the Biomax is so powerful. I now use it everyday. I'm 65 now and I'm so grateful that with the right tools, like the Biomax, that my body is able to heal. I'm looking forward to buying 3 more so I can have 4 of them so I can do my whole body at the same time. So far the Biomax has been one of the best investments I have ever made, and their customer service is geat.”

“So far so good I actually had a great time riding back-and-forth with this company. They are excellent customer service, attentive, and probably one of the best that I spoke with! I’m waiting for my panel, but I know from many friends that this is a great device I’m excited to use it and I will leave a second review on the results! But as far as the customer service and the price and everything else, I would surely go with this company out of all the companies you have been doing this research for! Thank you platinum LED!”

“Great company to work with. They answered phone calls which is getting more rare these days and quickly shipped needed “special” brackets that weren’t in a kit to fit my personal needed application when I added two more panels to my first two to make one giant full body panel. The remote works flawlessly on all four since I’ve had my panels close to a year now. My family still uses them 5-6 days every week. They are a definite needed modality in our health and wellness lifestyle. We plan to purchase a second full size panel so we can cut our red lite time down to 10 min a session soon. Highly recommended company.”

“I’ve been very happy with my therapy lights. From the first day, no more breakouts on my face using the blue, red lights and near infrared. After a few weeks my rosacea is less red. On my fourth week and noticed less pain (inflammation) in my shoulders and going down my arms. Have a lot of damage in my neck and hoping that eases soon.”
