“I guess its my fault, but I was under the impression that I would get 3 months of game pass ultimate, unknowingly it is only for new game pass subscribers. Kind of upset that its not more clear about the promotion so I unfortunately feel duped. Now I have 3 months of GPU that are worth nothing.”

“Great design and function! Only downside was the build on mine was slightly poor. The right trigger was mushy and recessed right from unboxing. Maybe just a QC issue. But the return policy and support was great. Thank yoU!”

“The controller itself feels great. I only wish I didn’t have to remove my phone’s case every time I want to use the controller. I’ve also noticed interference in Bluetooth audio (AirPods Pro specifically) when using the Lightning pass through port for charging. Separate note: I’ve not been successful in redeeming the code for Xbox GamePass Ultimate. The website to redeem tells me to check my email for additional instructions, but all my emails just say to input the code. I’ve tried using the code on 3 different web browsers with the same results. If someone could reach out to me to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.”

“This may be the coolest device I ever bought. I natively play games on ios. Xbox remote, ps5 remote, geforce now, stadia, you name it. The everything about the controller feels good, not cheap. Sticks are a bit small but if you are used to or like the switch sticks they will suit you just fine. My only issue is one of the triggers clicks loudly compared to the other trigger and feels a bit loose. Backbone quickly sent a replacement. I havent received it yet but I am confident in the product and their service so far to give this 5 stars.”

“Extremely happy with this product! Finally, my iPhone got transformed into a real (serious) gaming device. Using it for Apple Arcade games, Paid games, Free games, as well as for emulation :). Such a blast! Thanks for making this product, I've been waiting for one like this.”

“Generally works great. I’ve really enjoyed using it for iOS games as well as streaming games from a computer or console. Occasional restarts are required when the controls want want to connect. The button clicks are quite loud. My first backbone stopped working after about a month and customer service replaced it for me.”
