“The concept is great, but the quality is just okay. The buttons are somewhat small, and feel cheap or thin. The app, however, is very nice. Honestly, it seems like you’re paying for the app ($50/year, though the first year is free) and not the handheld. Overall, it’s fine, but I don’t think I would buy it again.”

“So far so good! The quality of the product is top tier. Buttons are tactile, without feeling mushy. No latency between controller and phone either. The UI of backbone+ is quite good. Unfortunate that the app is a paid subscription, but it comes with a 1 year trial. Does not require the app to use the backbone controller.”

“Amazing device, I’m a emt/ff and get held up at the hospitals for hours at a time so this definitely helps to pass time. I’ve recommended it to several of my workers and they all love it as well, 10/10 would buy again”

“Came in on time plug my phone and immediately went in 😂 best controller by far a real game changer I like that I can carry it anywhere and play all my games from pc to my Xbox 10/10”

“Was a great controller. However it stopped working about 9 months into heavy use. Sent it to backbone and the replaced it completely. Customer for life if they make new products or anything.”
