“I love my Backbone One. It’s by far the best investment I’ve made into mobile gaming. The form factor is an absolute game-changer, and the controller feels comfortable in your hands. Not to mention the button layout provides a sense of familiarity and ease of use. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking to level up their mobile gaming experience.”

“It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband but he sat down on the couch the other night and said he missed having his Xbox because when we got together and married he got rid of that stuff because he was a family man and felt like he didn’t need to play games and stuff anymore so I caved and took it out of his stocking and gave it to him and he loves it”

“This thing is amazing!!! once I received it in the mail (the first one was lost by the post office), I cannot put it down. I use this thing for everything (stadia, steam link and as a controller for my PC. The buttons, triggers and joysticks feel great. I would recommend this product to everyone.”

“This product is a scam. Didn’t come with 3 months of free gamepass as advertised. Have never purchased gamepass before. Emailed support many times and they won’t respond. It’s all a scam.”

“We did not like it, find it very cumbersome to use, the games we wanted cannot be downloaded, and overall just got it impractical. I bought it as a father to play with my son, but I did not connect to the games he plays.”

“Cool concept but the Xbox needs to be turned out to play any game that is connected or downloaded to your Xbox. Would be cool to not have to do this. Xbox ultimate pass is a cool concept but games are limited and must have very strong Wi-Fi to play the game.”

“Backbone is a great controller for iOS devices. It is very easy to use and a comfortable grip, even for a guy with larger hands like me. It does require you to take your device out of its case, but that's a minor inconvenience. I love the fact that there is both a headphone jack and a lightning port to both charge and listen at the same time. I've found controller support to work great on both native MFi apps and game streaming services, like Google Stadia. The price point is a little high at $100, and now with the Backbone+ subscription I'll need to buy in future years to get full use of the device, it's more than I would have preferred to pay for total cost of ownership. However, I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“This is an amazing product overall. However the reason for 4 Stars is due to the fact of having to remove my case every time I want to use it. I know myself, and will not do that due to the risk of my phone being damaged. This is completely a 5 star product once that is figured out. I purchased this in the hopes to avoid having to carry a controller and iPad, however this will be the more practical option for me. If you are like me, you may want to hold off until that is remedied. However, if you are not as worried as I am - 100% order this right now.”
