“I had a problem with some of the left-side buttons on my original Backbone unit not working. After a few emails I was able to get a complete replacement (new) Backbone. Very happy with the service :)”

“I purchased this to play a few games on my iPhone, as well as purchasing one for my son. Our internet is horrible at the house, so remote playing anything is out of the question, and that's the biggest draw for this controller and Backbone+. If my internet connection wasn't the typical rural DSL speed and I could utilize the Xbox streaming stuff, this would be a fantastic peripheral. As it stands, the games I can play with this controller are just as intuitive with touch controls, and most everything else I tend to just play on my PC. I half expected some kind of exclusive games or something. I guess you get that through the Xbox streaming, which I can't really use. I deducted one star due to most of the utility being in the Streaming games aspect. That feature, while awesome in concept, in practice isn't worth a subscription unless you live in an area with great internet speed.”

“Love it, very solid, feels comfortable, joy sticks could be bigger, great latency, can charge while playing. Only issue I have is I remote play PS5 and I know you guys have a partnership with Microsoft so makes sense. Just can’t motion sensor with the controller which I get. Just a personal issue or anyone who’s getting it for PS remote play.”

“I use an iPhone and with a little bit of exploratory learning I figured out how to get this thing working and......it's AMAZING!!!! What a great addition to the non-console universe that presently has very few competitors. And, on an iPhone - Halo! If you can imagine such a thing.”

“Bought this specifically to play Halo Infinite at work. I’ve been trying all different settings and trying to get used to the controller but it just does not feel right. I’m terrible at the game with this controller. I’m better off using the Xbox controller and propping up my phone somewhere.”

“Almost flawless and really my only complaint is one that’s specific to my need for it. I bought because of a sleeping pregnant wife in bed not wanting the glare of a 50 inch tv while sleeping. While that is solved the buttons are very “clicky” and although I haven’t had her roll over and say what is that sound yet I do worry lol. But that is it! Virtually no lag time. Fast responsive controller. Smooth gaming and took minutes to set up. Great purchase.”
